Photography Disclaimer & Payment Terms

Copyright & Usage Rights
All photographs and videos taken by Miguel & Breanna Photography are protected under U.S. copyright law. As the photographers and creators, we retain full copyright ownership of all images and video content delivered.

Clients receive a license for personal use only, which includes printing, sharing online (with credit where applicable), and personal archiving. Commercial use, resale, or altering images beyond standard cropping or filters is not permitted without prior written consent.

Unauthorized Use
Use of any images, videos, or content created by Miguel & Breanna Photography without full payment is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. This includes posting, printing, or distributing watermarked or unwatermarked content prior to payment.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made according to the schedule stated on the invoice. A deposit (if required) and the remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date listed.

Delivery of Photos/Videos
Final galleries, edited images, or video content will not be delivered until full payment has been received. Turnaround times begin only after full payment is confirmed.

Redo Policy
For orders totaling over $100, clients are eligible for one complimentary redo (e.g., reshoot or re-edit) if they are unsatisfied with the final result.

• The redo must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• The redo will be scheduled based on the photographers’ availability.

• Redos do not include refunds.​

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows will result in a 20% cancellation fee based on the original session price.
This fee covers time set aside, travel, and preparation. We understand emergencies happen — please communicate with us as early as possible to avoid unnecessary fees.

Refunds & Rescheduling Due to Weather
In cases of inclement weather such as rain, snow, or other unsafe outdoor conditions, clients may request to reschedule at no additional charge, or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. Safety and quality are always our top priorities, and we’ll work with you to find the best alternative solution.

Loss or Damage of Work
In the very unlikely event that photos or video are permanently lost or destroyed due to circumstances such as missing SD cards, camera malfunction, or accidental file corruption, Miguel & Breanna Photography will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Liability Waiver
Miguel & Breanna Photography is not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur during the session, including but not limited to injuries involving photography equipment such as drones, tripods, lighting gear, or other gear used on-site. All care is taken to operate equipment safely, and clients are expected to be aware of their surroundings during the session.

Late Payments
Invoices not paid by the due date may result in delays, late fees, or cancellation of scheduled sessions at our discretion.
